Job summary
Staffmark Group seeks a Warehouse Associate in Osceola, AR. The role supports picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory, ensuring orders are completed safely and accurately. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3:30 PM, with pay at $18.00 per hour.
Responsibilities include maintaining SAP records, operating packaging lines and conveyors, and ensuring warehouse safety and organization. Prior forklift and PLC experience are valued.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 2-3 years in warehouse, logistics, or distribution.
- Ability to safely perform warehouse duties (picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory).
Responsibilities
- Ensure safe, efficient operations across warehouses and storage areas.
- Operate packaging line with PLC screens and conveyors.
- Handle shipping, receiving, storage, and returns.
- Maintain SAP Material Master accuracy for materials.
- Monitor inventory to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Adhere to materials management best practices and procedures.
- Support shipping clerks with inbound/outbound materials.
- Process orders by receiving deliveries and distributing items.
- Keep warehouse organized, clean, and cataloged.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods.
