Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior shipping experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office to prepare reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Check in truck drivers, match pickup numbers to orders, and assign the appropriate dock.
• Create master bill of lading and print shipping labels, FedEx/UPS labels, and pick tickets.
• Maintain status of orders on Open Dock and mark orders as shipped when loads are complete.
• Assign loads to forklift operators and ensure loading within a two-hour timeframe.
• Communicate with Warehouse Supervisor on shipping issues and correct errors.
• Utilize MS Office programs to complete reports and documentation.
• Conduct warehouse floor walks to verify labeling and loading are completed.
• Other duties as assigned.
