GenScript Biotech Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Specialist to support efficient handling of customer-provided and internal shipments. This fully onsite role is based in Piscataway, NJ, offering $24–$25/hour based on experience and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a 1 hour lunch.

Responsibilities include packaging, labeling, and dispatch readiness, coordinating with warehouse staff, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring SOP compliance.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, detail-oriented.

Aufgaben

• Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly packaged, labelled, and prepared for dispatch.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage item handling and packaging.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents while maintaining records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address shipping-related issues.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Follow SOPs and perform other duties as required.
