GenScript USA Inc/ProBio Inc. is seeking an experienced Shipping Manager to oversee and optimize our logistics operations onsite in Piscataway, NJ.

You will lead the shipping department, drive automation projects, and manage inbound, outbound, and internal transfers to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. Requirements include 5+ years in shipping/logistics management, strong data analytics skills (Excel/Access/Power BI), and a related BA or MS in supply chain or logistics.

Qualificações

• 5+ years as Shipping/Logistics Manager with team development.
• Experience leading logistics automation projects.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills using MS Excel, Access or Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Be the SME to align logistics goals and processes.
• Lead automation and optimization projects in the shipping department.
• Oversee inbound, internal transfers, and outbound shipping.
• Collaborate with other departments to secure resources for the supply chain.
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle and carrier dispatch.
• Develop policies to improve efficiency while ensuring quality and safety.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage risk and uphold service quality.
• Oversee the operating budget and resource allocation to cut costs.
• Build relationships with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders.
