GenScript USA Inc/ProBio Inc. is seeking a Shipping Specialist to handle the shipping of customer-provided materials, purchased materials, and internal requests. The role is fully onsite in Piscataway, NJ and pays $24–$25 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

The position requires a high school diploma (associate’s or higher preferred) and strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; an associate’s or higher degree is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly packaged, labelled, and prepared for dispatch.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage item handling and safe packaging.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents while maintaining records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve shipping-related issues.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Follow SOPs and perform other duties as required.
