Job summary

GenScript Biotech Corporation is seeking an experienced Shipping Manager to oversee and optimize the company’s logistics strategy and operations. The role focuses on maximizing efficiency, productivity, and on-time delivery while managing a cost-effective budget.

The position is fully onsite in Piscataway, New Jersey, with a salary range of $90,000–$100,000 depending on experience. Candidates should have 5+ years in shipping/logistics leadership and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Shipping/Logistics Manager or similar.
• Experience leading logistics transformation and automation projects.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills using MS Excel/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation including inbound, internal transfers, and outbound shipping.
• Lead shipping department automation and process improvement projects.
• Coordinate full order cycle ensuring timely PO receipt and carrier dispatch.
• Maintain relationships with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor budget to drive cost reduction and service improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
