Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Shipping Clerk to coordinate outbound shipments, ensure accurate documentation, and support timely delivery of orders. This role requires attention to detail and collaboration with Operations, Customer Service, and Purchasing.

The position involves maintaining records, processing bills of lading, data entry in ERP, and assisting with special projects under the Distribution Services Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related shipping/recieving experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask, maintain accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Audit orders to ensure picking documents match quantities.
• Coordinate with Plant Operations, Customer Service and Purchasing on allocations.
• Enter shipment information into ERP and carrier systems; prepare bills of lading.
