Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Shipping Clerk to coordinate outbound shipments, audit documents, and maintain accurate shipping records. You will work with operations, customer service and purchasing to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include preparing bills of lading, entering data into ERP, and communicating shipment status to internal teams and customers. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One to two years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Audit orders against picking documents to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with Plant Operations, Customer Service and Purchasing to resolve allocation discrepancies.
• Prepare and file bills of lading and other shipping documents.
• Enter shipment data into ERP and carrier systems for tracking.
• Route shuttle drivers to improve shipping efficiency and cost control.
• Notify consignee of shipment status and coordinate with offices as needed.
