Job summary
Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International, seeks a Distribution Clerk to coordinate inbound/outbound material flow in our Columbus distribution center. You will support receiving, shipping, inventory control and coordination with transportation to ensure on-schedule product movement.
The role requires 2+ years in shipping/receiving, experience with WMS/ERP, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced distribution environment. On-site role with standard full-time hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- 2+ years in shipping/receiving or distribution.
- Experience with inventory systems and ERP/WMS.
- Experience in high-volume distribution or manufacturing.
- Experience coordinating carriers.
Responsibilities
- Verify receipts against POs, packing slips, BOLs, and ASNs.
- Identify, document, and communicate shipment discrepancies.
- Schedule inbound docking and unloading activities.
- Enter receiving transactions into WMS/ERP systems.
- Ensure materials are labeled and routed to storage locations.
- Fulfill customer orders and shipment releases per schedules.
- Generate shipping documents: bills of lading, packing lists, labels.
