Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group, a division of Tremco CPG Inc., is seeking a Shipping Clerk in Columbus, GA. You will coordinate outbound shipments, ensure documents match, and maintain accurate records to support on-time delivery to customers.

The role requires 1–2 years of shipping/receiving experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work well in a team while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with an ERP system is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience in shipping/receiving.
• Ability to work in a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Audit documents to ensure orders and shipping quantities match picking documents.
• Coordinate with Plant Operations, Customer Service and Purchasing to resolve discrepancies.
• Enter shipment information into the ERP system and track outbound freight.
• Prepare bills of lading and ensure shipment paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Notify consignee of shipment arrival and update internal records.
