Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International Inc., seeks an Inbound/Outbound Distribution Clerk to coordinate material flow, receiving, shipping, and inventory control in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will liaise with transportation, customer service, and production teams, ensuring accurate documentation and on-schedule shipments. Strong WMS/ERP skills and 2+ years in distribution are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in shipping/receiving or distribution support.
• Experience with warehouse systems (WMS/ERP) and high-volume DC environments.

Responsibilities

• Verify receipts against POs, packing slips, and ASNs.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound docking and scheduling with carriers.
• Enter transactions into WMS/ERP and ensure accurate labeling and storage.
• Fulfill customer orders and generate shipping documents.
• Monitor shipments and resolve issues to maintain service levels.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and support cycle counts.
