Job summary

Pace Analytical is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support lab administration, sample handling, and document control in a fast-paced environment. You will manage receiving, storage, shipping, and disposal of samples, maintain related logs and databases, and collaborate with teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably experience in a lab or office setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in lab or office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle sampling administration: receiving, scanning, storage, preparation, shipping, and disposal.
• Maintain logs, documents, and databases.
• Transport and deliver samples, documents, and materials.
• Clean, stock, and organize supplies and paperwork.
• Determine short-holds and prioritize samples.
• Support staff and management with sampling and shipping policies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations; escalate when needed.
• Contribute to team efficiency and customer service.
• Promote Pace Analytical’s mission and maintain a cooperative workplace.
