Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC is seeking a Client Services Technician to support the sample receiving department in our environmental testing laboratory. You will assist with shipping, receiving, processing, and administrative tasks while learning our core laboratory support policies.

Minimum high school diploma required with on-the-job training provided; prior lab or environmental testing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required. We’ll train you!
• Ability to stand for long periods, work in lab and office settings, tolerate strong odors, and wear PPE provided by Pace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform sample‑related activities including shipping, receiving, processing, and administration.
• Maintain and update documentation, logs, and databases to ensure accurate sample tracking.
• Participate in training on core laboratory support policies, programs, and practices.
