Job summary

Pace Analytical in Florida is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support lab operations, handling samples, processing, scanning, storage, shipping, and related administrative tasks to ensure accurate documentation.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least one year in a lab or office setting; a valid driver’s license is often required. The role is full-time and on-site, with a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in related work preferred.
• One year of experience in a lab or office setting is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is often required.
• Fundamental knowledge of sample, lab administration, and shipping/receiving.
• Ability to learn organizational policies and use computer applications and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of services involving receiving, scanning, storage, preparation, shipping, and disposal of samples.
• Review and process logs, documents, databases, and related materials.
• Pickup, transport, and deliver samples, documents, materials and other items as needed.
• Maintain supplies, paperwork, and related items; ensure compliance with guidelines.
