PCI Auctions is seeking a detail oriented and organized Front Office Shipping Specialist to move invoices through the shipping process, including customer communication by phone, text and email. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced office and enjoys problem solving, with responsibilities alongside the Office Manager and opportunities to contribute ideas.

• Previous work experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Quick and adaptable learner.

• Working with the Office Manager to push customer invoices through the shipping process
• Assisting customers with questions as they relate to our shipping processes
• Moving various projects forward with research and innovative ideas
