Job summary

Etna Supply is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to oversee the shipping department, coordinate truck routes, and ensure accurate, timely deliveries across our Michigan service area.

You will work closely with customers, sales, dispatch, and warehouse staff to maintain organized operations and support daily shipping activities. Prior logistics experience preferred; candidates must pass licensing requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; or
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed customer expectations with positive experience.
• Assist with daily truck runs and delivery schedules.
• Route local trucks and drivers; organize delivery runs.
• Coordinate deliveries and load trucks safely and efficiently.
