Job summary
Aerotek is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate for a contract role in Mason, OH. You will oversee shipping, receiving, stocking, packing, and loading parts, using SAP, and maintaining documentation to ensure on-time delivery.
You will operate forklifts, prepare bills of lading, coordinate LTL shipments, and maintain inventory records with strong safety and accuracy. A high school diploma and forklift certification are preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience in shipping and receiving within a warehouse environment.
- Hands-on pick/pack and shipping/receiving operations.
- Forklift operation with recent certification preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems for inventory transactions.
- Experience preparing bills of lading and using shipping software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation.
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming materials in warehouse locations.
- Prepare, pick, pack, and ship parts per requirements and procedures.
- Load shipments safely; label and secure parts for transport.
- Maintain shipping paperwork; record movements in SAP.
- Coordinate LTL shipments and prepare bills of lading accurately.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment; support inventory control.
