Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Shipping Clerk to support warehouse operations, check in drivers, prepare shipping paperwork, coordinate loading doors, and ensure accurate documentation.

You will work with Customer Service and follow policies; requires basic clerical skills, ability to type 40 wpm, 1–2 years shipping experience, and strong English communication. On-site role with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of clerical experience preferred.
• Typing speed 40 wpm minimum required.
• Basic shipping/logistics knowledge is expected.
• Must read and write English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Check in all drivers and print shipping paperwork.
• Coordinate with dock and drivers on loading doors.
• Ensure paperwork is signed by the pickup driver.
• Close loads in the system and update records.
• Coordinate with Customer Service on special paperwork and orders.
• Follow RJW policies and communicate issues to management.
