Job summary

Talentify is hiring a material handler for our Eagle Mountain data center and warehouse. The role involves moving high-value server equipment, receiving and shipping processes, and maintaining accurate inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Eagle Mountain, UT, the position is fully onsite with a Monday–Friday schedule. You will use RF scanners, operate sit-down forklifts, and ensure safe handling while complying with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be computer savvy and able to work with laptops and tablets.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Pre-employment drug and background check are required.

Responsibilities

• Pick parts and materials according to customer orders and place them in designated work areas following established procedures.
• Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, shipping documents, and other paperwork to determine items to be picked, gathered, distributed, or shipped.
• Assist in counting and accurately tracking materials or items received or distributed, including supporting physical inventory counts.
• Maintain inventory control by updating records, tracking stock movements, and helping to prevent discrepancies.
• Receive, check, and book deliveries into the system, verifying quantities and condition of goods.
• Perform picking and dispatch activities, including preparing items for shipment and ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
• Handle high-value server equipment with care, following all safety and handling procedures.
• Carry out other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse and data center operations.
• Proven experience in material handling within a warehouse or similar environment.
• Computer savvy
• Ability to use RF scanners for picking, receiving, and inventory tracking activities.
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently.

Job Description

The role is based in a large data center and warehouse environment that combines traditional warehousing activities with handling high-value server equipment. You will spend a significant portion of your shift walking throughout the facility and performing hands-on material handling tasks. The facility is climate-controlled to support both team comfort and equipment protection. This role supports a fast-paced warehouse and data center operation by accurately handling, moving, and tracking materials and high-value server equipment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Eagle Mountain, UT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $46800.00 - $46800.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
