Aerotek is hiring for a permanent Material Handler position in Eagle Mountain, UT. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with full-time, direct-hire status. The annual pay is $46,800, with a typical weekly pay cycle and benefits.

Based at a data center/warehouse, this role requires computer proficiency, English communication, and the ability to safely handle high-value equipment. On-site work only.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in material handling within a warehouse or similar environment.
• Computer savvy and comfortable with laptops/tablets.
• Ability to use RF scanners for picking, receiving, and inventory tracking.
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Experience in picking, shipping, and receiving operations in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Pick parts and materials according to customer orders and place them in designated work areas following established procedures.
• Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, shipping documents, and other paperwork to determine items to be picked, gathered, distributed, or shipped.
• Assist in counting and accurately tracking materials or items received or distributed, including supporting physical inventory counts.
• Maintain inventory control by updating records, tracking stock movements, and helping to prevent discrepancies.
• Receive, check, and book deliveries into the system, verifying quantities and condition of goods.
• Perform picking and dispatch activities, including preparing items for shipment and ensuring correct labeling and documentation.

Job Description

The role is based in a large data center and warehouse environment that combines traditional warehousing activities with handling high-value server equipment. You will spend a significant portion of your shift walking throughout the facility and performing hands-on material handling tasks. This role supports a fast-paced warehouse and data center operation by accurately handling, moving, and tracking materials and high-value server equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $46800.00 - $46800.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
