Job summary

ID Logistics in Austell, GA is seeking a customer service associate to respond to inquiries, process orders, and handle billing/shipping questions in a prompt, courteous manner. You will work with on-site management to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth order flow.

The role requires strong communication, data entry, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 3 years of customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
• 3 years verifiable customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving within our system in partnership with Distribution Center Manager and Supervisors.
• Processing billing and invoicing with tight turnaround times and attention to detail.
• Resolve any issues with billing, invoicing, shipping and/or receiving with customers and internal management.
• Daily effective communication with customers and internal team members and management via email, phone, or in person.
• Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and customer regarding invoicing and credit changes.
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and assist in enforcing them when necessary.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.
