Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a reliable Customer Service Associate in Austell, GA for first shift (Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:00pm). You will respond to inquiries, process orders, handle billing, and liaise between the warehouse and customers to ensure accurate invoicing and concise communication.

A high level of professionalism and detailed data entry skills are required. The role emphasizes teamwork with on-site management, accurate shipping/receiving handling, and adherence to GMP and safety rules.

Qualifications

• 3 years verifiable customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding computer and data entry skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving within our system in partnership with Distribution Center Manager and Supervisors.
• Processing billing and invoicing with tight turnaround times and attention to detail.
• Resolve any issues with billing, invoicing, shipping and/or receiving with customers and internal management.
• Daily effective communication with customers and internal team members and management.
• Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and invoicing and credit changes.
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and assist in enforcing them when necessary.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.
