Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a detail-oriented 2nd shift Shipping Associate in Seattle, onsite. You will process outbound shipments, verify contents, and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery of manufactured components.

You will operate material handling equipment, maintain shipping records, and support production teams on order readiness while adhering to OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

Role Overview

Manufacturing Services is an internal service specializing in the production of high-quality components through additive manufacturing (3D printing), CNC machining, welding, sheet metal fabrication, powder coating, and assembly. We are seeking a detail-oriented 2nd shift Shipping Associate to manage outbound shipments and ensure accurate, timely delivery of manufactured products. You will be responsible for processing shipments, operating material handling equipment, and maintaining organized shipping and receiving areas while following all safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and prepare outbound shipments according to standard operating procedures.
• Verify package contents, weights, and shipping labels for accuracy.
• Package items appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
• Perform quality checks on packaged items before shipment.
• Coordinate with carriers and transportation providers.
• Use internal shipping systems to track and document shipments.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards.
• Properly handle manufactured components including machined parts, welded assemblies, and 3D-printed items.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
• Communicate shipment status to manufacturing teams and customers.
• Coordinate with production teams on order readiness and priorities.
• Report any shipping issues or delays promptly.
