Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist in Hellam, PA to support warehouse operations and shipping logistics within a manufacturing environment. The role blends hands-on forklift work with inventory control, BOLs, ASN verification, and ERP-driven processes.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and verifying documents in IFS/SAP-like systems. On-site, Monday-Thursday schedule, with potential OT, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Sit-down forklift experience.
• Experience with BOLs, shipping paperwork, and inventory control.
• ERP system experience (SAP, IFS, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (OT available)

Weekly Pay

$20-$22/hour

We're hiring a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to support warehouse operations and shipping logistics in a manufacturing environment. This role combines hands-on forklift and warehouse work with inventory tracking, shipping documentation, and ERP system responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving activities for incoming and outgoing materials

Work Environment

Manufacturing facility with varying temperatures throughout the year. Steel-toe boots required. Hearing protection, gloves, and additional PPE provided.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
