Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing hospitality roles preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a shipboard team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience.
• Set up and break down meals and events onboard, including tables, linen, silverware, and glassware.
• Respond to guest questions about menus and wine pairings.
• Relay orders to galley and ensure proper presentation of courses and beverages.
• Greet guests, escort to tables, present menus, and assist with special requests.
• May assist with additional shipboard duties such as embarkation greetings and event service.
