Job summary

American Cruise Lines, the largest U.S. cruise company, is hiring Servers for the 2026 season. You’ll work aboard our ships in the hotel and restaurant, delivering outstanding hospitality and representing our brand.

This temporary, 28-week assignment includes meals, lodging, uniforms, and training at no cost, with weekly wages ranging from $1,000 to $1,400 plus bonuses. You must be at least 18, a citizen or green card holder, and willing to pass pre-employment drug testing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• American citizen or Green Card holder.
• Pre-employment drug test required for shipboard employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience.
• Set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour; manage tables, linen, silverware, china and glassware.
• Acknowledge guests by name, escort to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer questions about menu items.
• Relay orders to galley and serve courses and beverages; ensure items are presentable and garnished.
• Greet guests on embarkation, serve afternoon teas and snacks, and assist with evening entertainment as needed.
