American Cruise Lines, the largest U.S. cruise company, seeks Servers for the 2026 season to work on shipboard hotel and restaurant operations.

This temporary role runs up to 28 weeks, with weekly wages ranging from $1,000 to $1,400 plus bonuses, and includes travel, room and board, uniforms, and training. You'll be part of a team delivering exceptional hospitality while traveling the country on multiple itineraries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
• Pre-employment drug test required for shipboard employees; consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
• Grooming standards apply; limitations on visible tattoos and piercings.
• Temporary employment up to 28 weeks on shipboard work.
• Opportunity to apply for management positions within American Cruise Lines, but not guaranteed.

Responsabilités

• Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience.
• Set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour, including tables, linen, silverware, china and glassware.
• Cater to all culinary requests efficiently.
• Acknowledge guests by name, escort to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu questions.
• Relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care, ensuring items are presentable and properly garnished.
• May greet guests on embarkation, serve afternoon teas and snacks, and cater evening entertainment.
