Job summary
UnCruise Adventures is seeking a Solutions Engineer to modernize and support our IT ecosystem. The role spans onboard vessels and Seattle offices, focusing on M365/SharePoint modernization, governance, and user training.
You will lead access management, build dashboards with Power Platform and Power BI, and partner with Finance, Sales & IT to define key metrics. This is a full-time exempt position based in Seattle, with travel to vessel locations.
Qualifications
- BSc/BA in IT or CS or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on M365 administration experience, including Entra ID, Intune, and Defender policies.
- Experience with SharePoint architecture, governance, and permissions management.
- Experience with databases and CRM administration (Salesforce credentials or equivalent).
Responsibilities
- Lead overhaul of Microsoft 365 environment and governance.
- Own user access management for SharePoint and Teams.
- Develop reporting capabilities across databases and dashboards.
- Create and maintain internal documentation and training.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, IT to define metrics and dashboards.
