A leading cruise operator is seeking Lead Line Cooks for the 2026 season on America’s rivers. Qualifications
Minimum 4 years experience in a full-service restaurant, hotel, resort, or cruise ship.
Line experience with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and buffets is required.
Ability to manage a team of three galley stewards.
Responsibilities
Control inventory and minimize food waste through standardized recipes.
Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation policies.
Assist Executive Chef/Sous Chef in meal preparation and service.
