The Walt Disney Company is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager aboard a Disney Cruise Line vessel. You will lead housekeeping operations, develop crew, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety while collaborating with other departments.

You will report to the Housekeeping Manager and engage in daily inspections, staff coaching, and guest issue resolution, all while maintaining compliance with maritime regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years housekeeping leadership on ships or large hotels
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and guest-focused service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsabilités

• Oversee assigned areas: guest staterooms, public areas and decks
• Ensure USPH and Coast Guard compliance in housekeeping operations
• Schedule team tasks and daily pre-shift meetings
• Address guest issues promptly and document follow-ups
• Coach and develop housekeeping crew for performance
