Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Storekeeper to support receipt, storage and checking of spare parts and materials aboard our vessels. You will use AMOS for orders, labeling, and inventory control under the guidance of the Engine Storekeeper.

The role requires accuracy, teamwork in a multi-cultural environment, and the ability to adapt to complex schedules while maintaining safety and compliance with SMS policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as an inventory clerk or similar in a high-volume environment
• Good English written and spoken skills
• Typing and computer skills including MS Word and Excel
• Basic AMOS for Windows skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Support management of ship's stores and re-ordering as directed by Storekeeper
• Assist inventory control and labeling of spare parts and materials
• Use AMOS to order spare parts for planned maintenance
• Update AMOS with details of used items and deliveries
• Ensure information is accurate and properly documented
• Assist with organization of stores and chemical stores safely
• Perform duties as assigned by Storekeeper and supervisors
