Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. seeks an experienced Hotel Stores Manager to maintain the Department’s stock and operations aboard the vessel.

You will ensure accurate inventory, compliance with cleanliness standards, and coordination of subsistence, uniforms, and equipment across all hotel storerooms. Responsibilities

• Maintain Hotel Stores department to fleet-wide standards and parameters.
• Keep accurate inventory records of all hotel items.
• Ensure adherence to proper maintenance and cleaning procedures in storerooms and Hotel Stores areas.
• Perform duties in accordance with Crystal Basics, SMS, STCW, MLC standards, USPHS guidelines, and environmental regulations.
• Order subsistence, bonded items, consumables, uniforms, linens, flowers, entertainment supplies, equipment as requested for Hotel Department.
• Coordinate stock ordering for vending machines with the Crew Officer.
• Oversee daily operations of food, beverage and consumable issuing and ship requisitions.
