Job summary

Maintenance and Technical Inventory Coordinator Responsibilities

• The Maintenance and Technical Inventory Coordinator manages schedules, performs AMOS administrative duties, catalogues technical documentation and manages project communications to keep AMOS maintenance and inventory projects running smoothly.
• This position requires day-to-day interaction with the AMOS Inventory and Maintenance software.
• Collects and organizes records, reports and documentation related to onboard inventory audits.
• Assist in addressing all technical inventory findings reported by AMOS Inventory Team, Internal Audit or Class.
• Register inventory in AMOS as requested by the vessels.
• Process approved maintenance request in AMOS.
• Manages schedules for all traveling AMOS Team members.
• Perform administrative AMOS task assigned by the Maintenance and Technical Inventory Manager.
• Handles daily schedules, tracks progress and organizes paperwork and meeting for maintenance and inventory related projects.
• Assist with writing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures as they relate to the maintenance and technical inventory.
• Assist with writing and maintain AMOS training materials.
• Catalogues and oversees the technical manuals and drawings for all the vessels.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
