Job summary

Qualifications

• Collects and organizes records, reports and documentation related to onboard inventory audits.
• Assist in addressing all inventory findings reported by AMOS Inventory Team, Internal Audit or Class.
• Register inventory in AMOS and support maintenance project communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day schedules for AMOS-related tasks and personnel.
• Maintain and update technical manuals, drawings and documentation for vessels.
• Support development of Standard Operating Procedures related to maintenance and inventory.
