Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year or less supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution areas is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer specs.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift performance.
• Be accountable for site KPI and results; work with customers as needed.
• Lead continuous improvement, safety initiatives and performance evaluations.
