Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED is required.
• One year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution preferred.
• DOT Regulated.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations.
• Coordinate schedules with the Logistics Manager to meet standards.
• Establish work schedules and supervise staff to optimize shift logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers on operations and performance.
• Provide coaching and conduct performance reviews.
