Ryder in Minooka, IL is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Tue–Sat, 1:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m.) with a salary of $68,000–$70,000 per year. This role leads daily operations, coaches the team, and drives safety and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• 1 year+ experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes in collaboration with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to meet standards.
