Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams, ensure top-notch customer service, and maintain daily operations. You will train new hires, manage cash handling, and uphold brand standards and food safety across the plaza.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays. Join a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures.
• Operate POS system and process payments following policies.
• Maintain proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks: prep, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Stay knowledgeable about plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
