TouchPoint Support Services is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor in Indianapolis, IN. This role oversees a specific shift, ensuring duties are completed in line with policy and procedures, with a pay range of $17.00 to $20.00 per hour. 1st shift, rotating weekends; online applications accepted only.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets.
• Act as the contact person for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
