TouchPoint Support Services, part of Compass Healthcare, is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor in Southfield, MI. You will direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure policy and procedure compliance. This role offers a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday; hours may vary and pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Qualificações

• Previous dispatching experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
