Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services, part of Compass Healthcare, is hiring immediately for a Shift Supervisor at FS-ST VINCENT CARMEL, IN. We offer both full-time and part-time roles with rotating weekends and holidays; prior supervisory experience is required.

You will train staff, schedule shifts, monitor performance, and prepare reports to ensure quality, productivity and safety. This frontline leadership role supports patients, families and hospital operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
