Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking a weekend and evening shift supervisor to perform, lead, and supervise restaurant station duties to ensure quality guest service. The role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

The ideal candidate will assist with new employee orientation, train teammates, and maintain regular attendance. You will report to the MOD for issues and help manage shift meetings and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general restaurant or retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties to meet standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with company policies and standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Lead shift meetings.
• Report customer or employee complaints/issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
