Sonic Drive-In is seeking a shift supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead station duties, and ensure quality service for guests. You will train new hires, enforce policies, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all stations.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Regular attendance and flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays are expected.

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.

Mansioni

• Lead, supervise, and perform station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru when applicable).
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties (trash, mopping, sweeping, dishes, counters, sanitation, equipment).
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Lead shift meetings.
• Report customer or employee complaints/issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
