Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking a reliable team member to supervise daily restaurant operations. You will oversee station duties (fountain, grill, drive-thru if applicable), assist with training, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Cleanliness and sanitation are essential, with regular shift meetings and rapid issue reporting to management. Expect irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties to meet operational standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Lead regular cleaning and sanitation duties and upkeep of work areas.
• Maintain regular attendance and shift performance.
• Lead shift meetings and report issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
