Job summary

Sonic Drive-In seeks a team-oriented individual to supervise and perform essential restaurant duties, ensuring fast, friendly service. You will lead staff on station tasks, assist with training, and uphold sanitation and policy standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include leading shift meetings, reporting issues to the MOD, and managing workload while maintaining safety and quality. You may work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general restaurant or retail operations.
• Basic math and reading skills for order accuracy and cash handling.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, drive-thru if applicable) to meet standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with company policies and operational standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties per standards.
• Maintain regular attendance.
