Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills are essential. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required; entry is offered with competitive hourly wages and growth opportunities.

Formación

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties across fountain, grill, expeditor, and drive-thru.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties per standards.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Lead shift meetings.
• Report customer or employee complaints to MOD.
• Move and stock food weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Time/shift: minimum 30 hours per week; irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Work environment: standing, bending, lifting, and exposure to heat and cold.
