Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and strong store execution. You will lead staff when managers are away, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and help maintain an organized, customer-friendly CVS/pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, pricing and stocking, and executing displays and inventories, with a 40-hour weekly schedule.

• Advanced communication and supervision abilities are required.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crew and assign tasks.
• Communicate with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and weekly/promotional inventories.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
