Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. When managers are unavailable, you lead store staff, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

You will deliver strong customer service, supervise the team, maintain merchandise presentation, and uphold safety and quality standards with flexible hours, including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills are essential.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise crew, assign, direct and follow up on activities; communicate with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
