Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering exceptional customer service and strong store execution. You will help build consumer loyalty by supporting our CVS/pharmacy standards and guiding the team in daily tasks.

When no manager is onsite, you lead the store staff, oversee opening and closing procedures, and ensure a smooth operation to meet performance goals and maintain a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store crew and manage activities in the absence of a manager.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints per CVS policies.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and stock levels; execute displays and seasonal resets.
