Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team, driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through exceptional customer service. In the absence of a manager, you will lead the store staff, ensure smooth operations, and oversee opening and closing procedures.

Key duties include supervising the crew, assisting customers, merchandising, and maintaining a positive CVS customer experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical abilities and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on all activities and effectively communicating with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
